Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries
- 1 cup (240 g) nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍓 Instructions
- Blend the strawberries until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Stir in the strawberry puree.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
- Divide into 4 dessert cups.
- Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberry halves.
