High-Protein Strawberry Mousse (4 servings)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup (240 g) nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍓 Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the strawberry puree.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
  6. Divide into 4 dessert cups.
  7. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberry halves.
